# Resource Scheduling for Rooms, Vehicles and Kit

Assign the things a shift needs, such as:

- rooms
- areas or desks
- vans, cars and other vehicles
- specialist equipment

Resources are assigned to shifts in the same way as staff.

If a resource is already in use on another shift at the same time, WorkRoster shows the clash, and you choose whether to allow it, warn, or block it. You can also print a schedule for each resource and export hours per resource to CSV.
